A small part of the penis skin just under the head burns when I touch it. It doesn't itch, there's no change in color and no bumps. I assume this could be from friction from using a condom or masturbating, but I have no idea. (i'm circumcised)
I know abrasions on the penis can occur from friction, but there is no inflammation or color change. I thought it would just heal up within a few days, but this is going on for two weeks. I've abstained from sex and masturbation during this time.
Any ideas what can be done to heal it? I've read online about hydrocortisone cream, zinc cream, Vaseline, antibacterial creams, but I'm not sure which applies to my problem.
