Has anyone noticed the number of earthquakes in Ohklahoma due to fracking? Fracking involves pumping hot chemicals into the earth under high pressure in order to harvest natural gas. It is claimed to be safe, but it has activated long dormant earthquake faults in Ohklahoma, making them the earthquake Capital of the USA.:##:
My illustrious Governor, Pat McCrory of North Carolina is in favor of fracking. North Carolina is full of ancient earthquake faults, especially in the Piedmont area of the state where they plan to frack for natural gas. South Carolina should also be worried, because any upsetting of faults in NC could set off a major earthquake in the Charleston, north to Wilmington area!:mad:
