"Full joint adoption by same-sex couples is legal in fourteen European countries, namely Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland (effective 2017), France, Iceland, Ireland (not yet determined), Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal,[1] Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom."
