Can not log on

I can no longer log on to JUB. I have done a bug report with no reply and when I try to go to use the contact us page and send a report nothing come up. I did get one error message that says I was missing a "security token" but I never saw anything like that before. I use the latest version of Firefox but just to check things out I tried Internet Explorer, or whatever Microsoft is calling it now, with the same result. I have tried resetting my password with no result also. When I try to register as a new user I get a message saying I am already a member. This started earlier this week.

If anyone can point me in the right direction to correcting this issue I would appreciate it.
