Cecil Act Passes

A global anti-poaching act has been passed by the US legislature.

I hope it goes some distance to curbing this practise by US hunters. Hopefully other nations will pass the equivalent or even tougher laws that will finally make trophy hunting be recognized for the unnecessary, sordid and brutish exercise that it really is.
It is a fitting monument to Cecil.
