Silicone conducive?

It occurred to me one of you lot might know the answer. Last November I was messing around with a violet wand to see how awkward it would be to handle (literally, one per hand) 2 toys at once. Since one is a hitachi (re;bulky) I'd rather practice than look particularly inept in front of people. However, the electrical rod apparently laid next to the attachment (fucker rolled) and it took me a bit to notice.

Long story short, the part directly under/behind(?) of the attachment to the hitachi melted. Now, they've come out with a cordless, 4 speed 4 pattern hitachi- it was on sale at Amazon for 74% off, I couldn't resist -

But the attachment I had (same base size and material as another) doesn't fit the new vibrator. Plus, fucking thing melted. I think if I get the same size attachment (which was supposed to fit both) it will fit if the attachment is made of silicone instead of the hard plastic it was originally.

My question is, is silicone conducive? I don't want to buy one if the damn thing is going to melt through accidental contact and make the attachment unsafe.
