Nelson Evora Bulge ... Translation wanted!

Here is Nelson Evora, a hot Portuguese athlete, sporting what looks like a very nice semi-boner. However, in a TV interview, he was asked about this photo and it seems he dismissed it as a fake (photoshop strikes again!) ... Still, would any Portuguese-speaking JUBber care to give us a translation of the interchange between the interviewer and Nelson, who seems to have found the whole thing amusing, as it would be interesting to know what he says about the fake bulge. He certainly makes a cute interviewee ... :) ...
